Trade Show Displays

It may be very hard to believe but I have seen trade show displays with incorrect information. Some banners had incorrect phone numbers while others mispelled simple English words.

The terror on the booth representatives' faces is always the same - the company representative mentally totals up the money that has been thrown away and the price for a replacement graphic. In comparison, the money can be the least of one's worries. An erroneous graphic or display puts your professional well-being at stake.

Motivators has plenty of replacement graphics and plenty of custom tradeshow packages that allow you to remove those old or mispelled graphics. These are great for any industry and any type of trade show event. You pick the package or the graphic, include your design, talk to our sales representatives and we take care of the rest.

In today's "bigger is better" world, you might feel like your small exhibit might not stand out at that upcoming trade show. But fear not! There are ways to shine, even if your booth isn't humungous.

Let's go over some tips from Exhibitor Online:

Bring lighting

Did you know that you can rent portable lights to brighten up your trade show space? Industry research reveeals that proper lighting can improve booth visibility by up to 50 percent!

Avoid clutter

You might be tempted to display as many products as possible. But heed caution: Showing off too many items can come across as crowded and messy. Instead, choose a few favorites that are more likely to draw people in.

Be bold

Using colors that catch the eye from a distance is imperative at a trade show. Be sure to decorate with colors that pop against the background.

Use quality trade show displays

Graphics at your trade show booth should be large enough to see from in front of your booth. Avoid using small text that cannot be read by visitors.

Pet Industry Trade Show Success!

The 2011 H. H. Backer Assocites' Annual Pet Industry Christmas Trade Show and Educational Conference went off without a hitch this October. It turned out over 650 exhibitors showcasing new products and services as well as interesting and interactive trade show displays.

The Pet Industry show proved that even in this prolonged recession, American pet owners are still spending on pet-related services and products. In fact, the American Pet Products Association reports that nearly $2.9 billion will be spent in this industry this year alone. Backer's show showcased high-end pet beds, toys, food and even clothing. Thousands of pet-store buyers and boutiques gathered to pick out their holiday items for pet parents to pamper with this holiday season.

One of the most popular toys featured at the show was the Dog Tornado by The Company of Animals. Big names like Petco are now selling it. It's a thinking game designed to present obstacles for your dog to discover hidden treats. Here is how it works.

According to the American Pet Products Association, overall spending in the pet industry grew 5.4% from 2008 to 2009 and continues on the rise throughout the years. Food, supplies, veterinary care, live animal purchases, grooming, boarding and pet sitting all saw zero declines. "The pet industry continues to thrive. Despite a troubled economy, the pet industry still continues to invest research and innovation to bring the very best to store shelves," says Don Tomala, managing partner of Matrix Partners. Take advantage of such statistics, and order your promotional pet products to keep up with the growing industry!
